March 5 was the deadline for all ELC's vendors to register with them, so they needed a working online registration system fast. They had already promised their vendors that it would be ready, and the vendors were waiting. The electronic forms had to exactly match the huge, complex paper forms to streamline the transition. We also integrated with their internal database to do sign-ups and to transfer data. At the last minute, electronic signature capability was requested. We expertly met the requirements and delivered on time and on budget.
